Menny Shalom
Menny Shalom is the CEO of Kochav and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience in fintech, defense tech, and enterprise software. He previously served as CEO of Nukkleus Inc. (NASDAQ: NUKK), Motomova, Hold Me Ltd., and was the founder of Wayerz and Mipso. Menny holds advanced degrees in Law, Accounting, and Business from the Hebrew University and Columbia University.

Asaf is the CEO, CFO, and Board member in several publicly traded Companies on NASDAQ, TASE, and startups, including companies acquired by IBM. A former head of the IBM Israel Acquisitions and Integration and a Deloitte Manager CPA with substantial financial and management experience, including preparing financial statements, forecasting, and planning.

Co-founder and CEO at Tikal Center, an innovative business communications technology company powering intelligent call centers, he has a demonstrated history of working in the high-tech, clean tech, and medical industry. Leader in strategy, management, professional services, Software as a Service (SaaS), marketing, sales, and business development, he successfully established ventures and sales in Asia, the USA, and the EU. Led IPO in London with experience with public companies.

Yair Ramati
Yair concluded his four-year service as Director of IMDO, the government agency charged with the development, production, and delivery of missile defense systems, including Iron Dome, David's Sling, and the Arrow weapons system, to the State of Israel.
Prior to this assignment, Yair served for over 6 years as the Marketing Corporate Vice President at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), where he oversaw the award of more than $20B worth of new orders. He has a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Science and Engineering from the Technion, Israel.

Gill Zaphrir
Gill Zaphrir is the Co-Founder, Director, and CEO at Owlytics Healthcare and was a board of directors member at Guardium, an IBM Company, a leader in data security and compliance. Prior to that, he worked with Veritas Venture Partners, and he served in the Israeli Air Force from January 1996 to December 1999 as the Head of the R&D Department. He has an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from Technion Haifa, Israel.
